Critical Evaluation:
I loved this movie, I thought it was smart, and well done. The location is beautiful and the actors were passionate and the storyline was easy to follow. It was based on a true story and the real characters were present in the making of the film in order to ensure that the storyline was accurate. The struggles of Bethany really present an idea that when you put your mind to something anything can happen. The themes of family, dedication, and perseverance are extremely endearing and they really engage the audience to root for Bethany to succeed again in the surfing world.
